'... the reading of it would be made easier by the Table of Contents being printed in large type all across the page on the inside of the cover, as it was in the frist No. or at least on the upper half of the first page instead of among the advertisements at the end.
 And if each subject could be divided from the last by a good black line across the column more distinctly. . ..'
