Autograph Letter Signed to an unnamed correspondent, 4 pages 16mo (a little soiled), 21 Park Lane, 3 February 1865. Concerning a tenant of the Guild, Mr Cooper, who had been required to give up possession of all his three acres, and arguing that a mistake had been made.
An unrelated free frank of Lytton, dated 1838, is included.
