Autograph Letter Signed to Mrs Allhusen, 1 page 8vo (a little foxed), Rottingdean, 7 December 1897. Modestly proclaiming that the place she offers, the Pickeridge, is 'far too large a place for small folk like ourselves', and asking for something smaller 'within hail of my father and mother'.
