Three Autograph Letters Signed to [Geoffrey] Elborn, in all 4 pages 8vo, Rodgarden Shaw, Ipsden, Oxfordshire, 28 February to 7 April 1970. Considering and then refusing Elborn's request to publish excerpts from The Hydra, the hospital magazine edited by Wilfred Owen, where poems of Siegfried Sassoon as well as Owen were published.

'... We have reluctantly decided that as we have in mind a future definitive edition dealing with Wilfred Owen we must preserve intact all W.O. juvenilia, early draft poems and other unpublished material including the set of Hydra's ...'

The letters are written in a rather childish printing, all letters in upper case.
