SOUSA, John Philip (1856-1932). Bandleader and popular composer.
Postcard depicting the Alexandra Palace, London, signed by Sousa at the top and bearing a three-bar Autograph Music Quotation Signed from 'Hands Across the Sea', dated 1903. Sousa undertook four European tours with his own band, in 1900, 1901, 1903 and 1905.
