Autograph Letter Signed in English to Dr Pasquier, 4 pages 8vo (opaque mounting tape adhering to the final page, note of identification at the head), no place, 11 January 1851. Conveying instructions for the taking of daguerreotypes for use in his work, and giving orders for the selling and reproduction of his pictures and other items of business.
'... as to my Picture of the Wellington, the lowest price I want is £120. Therefore let them decide at once (that Price without the Frame). ...
 'Don't let Mr Villiers forget about the horse, and tell him that soon I would repay him but that I must have the finest thoroughbred charger in England. ...
 'Lasalle is making the lithograph of the Madonna - exactly the size in every way of the Christ. It will be finer, in every respect it is the opinion of many of the finest artists here. ...'
