Autograph Letter Signed to Lady Rose [unidentified], 4 pages 8vo, 3 Bolton Street (on Reform Club paper), no date. Proposing himself, in typically fragrant terms, for a visit to Losely on the following Sunday, and giving an account of his further movements.

'... I go to Scotland for some three weeks early next week, & on my return I go to America for the winter (four or five months). I should like very much to take a recent impression of you to Newport (where I shall not be forgiven indeed, if I have not something of that sort to offer) ...'
