Typewritten Letter Signed to A.E. Stanley Hill, 1 page 4to, Bateman's, Burwash, 17 August 1925. Marked 'Private' at the head, a particularly effusive refusal to speak to Stanley Hill's Rotary group, giving as his excuse pressure of work.

Kipling's Debits and Credits, a collection of fourteen short stories, nineteen poems and two scenes from a play, was published the following year.
