Typewritten Letter Signed to Stanley Jones, 1 page 4to, The Chantry, Frome, Somerset, 10 September 1975. Thanking Jones for his complimentary letter and apologising for the briefness of his reply 'owing to the publication of the last one in my novel sequence'.

Hearing Secret Harmonies, the last in the 12-volume Dance to the Music of Time series was published in 1975, the first, A Question of Upbringing came out in 1951. The entire series has never since been out of print.
