Autograph Letter Signed to Robinson, 1 page 4to on writing paper of the Humanitarian League, of which he was Secretary, 14 February 1898. Sending the League's annual report and 'one or two of our recent pamphlets', and remarking on the fine vegetarian lunch served by Robinson's housekeeper.

Pencil notes at the foot identify Salt as the author of biographies of Thoreau and James Thomson.
