GEORGE V (1865-1936). King of England. Fine Document Signed ('George R.I.' at head), 1 page double folio, partially printed, embossed seal, Saint James's, 1 April 1935. Also signed by Sir John Simon. Appointing Edmund Monson to be Envoy Extraordinaire to the Republics of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Sir John Simon (1873-1954) was foreign secretary from 1931-35.
