ROSSINI, Gioachino (1792-1868). Composer.
Autograph Letter Signed, in Italian, to 'Carlino', 1 page 8vo, no place, no date. Asking him to look for a letter from Aguado, Marquis de las Marismas, for his box at the Grand Opera and to give it to the porter.
Aguado (1784-1849) was a remarkable performer on the guitar. He went to Paris in 1825 where he enjoyed immense success and became friendly with the most eminent artists of the day.
