Typewritten Letter Signed to Lord Rootes (1894-1964, William, 1st Baron), 1 page 4to (filing holes), Ednam Lodge, Sunningdale, with blue embossed coronet, 18 October 1946. Thanking Rootes for his offer of a motor car whilst in England and hoping to meet him in New York the following month when they will both be staying at the Waldorf Towers.
