Document Signed on the reverse of a petition (not complete), 1 page 8vo (oblong), Whitehall, 23 November 1832. The petition is from Edwin Appleby, an iron founder from Doncaster, who wishes to be recognized as the inventor of improvements to steam engines; Melbourne's document asserts that the matter will be dealt with.
